Eric helped me in my search for a condo downtown, and he was so proactive. Eric Brandon is the best real estate agent you could possibly know! He spent time getting to know us, figure out what we wanted in our dream home, and then would store away extra info (like my facial expressions and random comments about carpets and walls and views) such that within a few home visits, he knew immediately what I liked, what I didn’t like, and what would be deal breakers. Bas came too (which was so wonderful!) and his engineering background came in handy, as he could tell us what walls could come down, where there would be structural concerns, if there was water damage that had been hastily re-floored, etc. Both of them were never intrusive, but present for questions.

Home buying is supposed to be stressful, but I looked forward to getting to hang out with Eric and Bas. I felt like they were friends.

When we found our dream house, Eric did everything possible to get us in to see the house (the owners weren’t allowing weekend showings, but somehow Eric talked them into it) and helped us figure out a strategy to present a strong offer. The seller’s agent actually told us that there were several amazing offers (many with offers higher than ours) but they ultimately went with us because of Eric! He is someone that everyone wants to work with.

It’s been a few months since we bought our house, and Eric is still wonderfully responsive whenever we have questions. He had great referrals for us (from lenders to screen door contractors). He is the best. So good that I’m never going to move because I absolutely love my house, but if I have to, I know I’m going to be reaching out to Eric immediately! 🙂

We worked remotely with Eric prior to our move to San Diego and he made the process SO pleasant. For months we had been debating between buying/renting in the area and Eric provided us with information on different areas that we may enjoy based on our interests. When we ultimately decided to rent, Eric continued to help us contact property managers to set up tours. Because we were out of the area, he went to tour the homes for us and facetimed us so we were able to ask questions and get a feel for the home in real time. He was so knowledgable of layouts and livability and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to work with.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! We were introduced to Eric and Bas through friends and could not have been happier with our experience. When Eric first introduced his company as being a full-service real estate agency, we did not quite understand; however, we now realize what he meant as they truly go above and beyond for their clients.

Given that we were first time home buyers, Eric and Bas took time to explain the process step-by-step, reviewed documents with us, and answered all of our questions patiently. They are extremely knowledgeable about San Diego real estate and home purchasing; additionally, Eric has a keen eye for interior design while Bas is a general contractor and understands the construction aspects. We were very impressed with Eric from the beginning. He laid out precisely the process from preparing the unit for showing including photographs and marketing strategy. Eric’s knowledge of the downtown real estate market was so impressive, not only did he know current market values, sales and trends, he also also has vast knowledge of future (both short and long term) growth and shifts in all areas within downtown. During the escrow process, Eric worked closely with us and the buyer’s agent. He was present during the home inspection and also provided us with a network of vendors for all repairs. He personally worked with the vendors to schedule the repairs and was present during them. Eric was always very responsive to requests and ensured all the details were taken care of. In the end, our unit sold quickly (and during the holidays when the market is usual slow) and for a higher value than other units in our building. Eric provided complimentary staging and did a great job in making the space look inviting and presentable not only for showings but also for the marketing photos. He provided invaluable input on maximizing home value through design (painting, flooring etc…). Eric personally accompanied the buyers to all of our listing appointments providing that personal touch on both ends. Eric is the consummate professional and has mastered the art of exceptional client service, always making himself available for any questions or issues. Eric is sincere, transparent, straight-forward with a great sense of humor and calm demeanor.
