Mr. Baskaran Panchadsaram is the founder of Metro Pacific Real Estate, a full-service real estate company in Valencia, California; he is also the company’s owner/manager, CEO, and broker. Known to his friends and business associates in the United States as “Bas Panch,” the name shortening is an accommodation to English-speakers that makes pronunciation a non-issue. Bas is extremely proud to have assimilated into American life, beginning with his studies at the University of California in Los Angles. At the same time, he and his family respect and maintain his native Sri Lankan culture in their personal life. He graduated from UCLA with a degree in engineering, and then obtained credentials as a construction contractor, and a real estate broker. He is involved in local and national associations of real estate professionals and is well-known for his accomplishments and professional integrity.
As the day-to-day manager of Metro Pacific Real Estate, Bas brings to the company’s clients his extensive knowledge of home design, architecture, and construction. He has built homes from the foundation to move-in ready completion, including detailed experience with special hillside, earthquake zone, and water front foundation specifications, retaining walls, and exterior and interior design. Whenever it’s needed, Bas brings his experience building hillside homes (including cutting into slopes that require engineered retaining walls, extensive updating and remodeling, and earthquake damage repairs.
