Monique originally hails from Colorado where she went to college at the University of Northern Colorado with a focus on premed graduating with a degree in Biology. After her undergraduate work, she got into project management with an environmental testing firm which later led to a number of sales jobs where she found her calling. After buying her condo in San Diego, her real estate agent saw her natural ability to connect with people and her attention to detail that told her she needed to go into real estate. While she has worked with brokerages large and small from La Jolla to downtown San Diego she is excited to be working with the team at Metro Pacific Real Estate because of the diverse talents they offer their clients. Bas and Eric have a depth of experience from engineering and construction to design and staging. Born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, Bryan Tamna moved to Los Angeles in 2010 at the age of twenty-one to create a better life for himself. He attended LA Recording school for Music Production, while attending he began working in a boutique real estate office as an Office/Personal Assistant. Learning and working in the field he quickly developed a new passion and how real estate went hand in hand with his strong personality and work ethic. Since then he has accumulated 3+ years of experience in Residential and Property Management. He went further and continued and obtained his Real Estate License in 2015. Bryan is now a full-time Realtor with Metro Pacific Real Estate and with mentor-ship and guidance of CEO Bas Panch, Bryan now specializes in Residential, Commercial, BPO, Short Sale and Foreclosure properties. Bryan has seen all aspects of life and people, he understands the needs of his clients. He follows a simple guideline “to help and educate his clients” which they love and respect.
Diana Suttles developed an interest in real estate whole employed as a paralegal. Diana developed a strong knowledge of real estate lase, business law, finance and estate planning through this position. With her background, Diana pursued and obtained her Sales Agent License in Real Estate in 1998.
As a fulltime agent at Metro Pacific, Diana specializes in residential sales, BPO’s and short sales. Diana believes in developing trusting relationships by listening and comprehending each client’s obstacles through her skills of problem solving and understanding complex issues. Mr. Baskaran Panchadsaram is the founder of Metro Pacific Real Estate, a full-service real estate company in San Diego, California; he is also the company’s owner/manager, CEO, and broker. Known to his friends and business associates in the United States as “Bas Panch,” Bas is extremely proud to have assimilated into American life, beginning with his studies at the University of California in Los Angeles. At the same time, he and his family respect and maintain his native Sri Lankan culture in their personal life. He graduated from UCLA with a degree in engineering and then obtained credentials as a construction contractor, and a real estate broker. He is involved in local and national associations of real estate professionals and is well-known for his accomplishments and professional integrity.
As the day-to-day manager of Metro Pacific Real Estate, Bas brings to the company’s clients his extensive knowledge of home design, architecture, and construction. He has built homes from the foundation to move-in ready completion, including detailed experience with special hillside, earthquake zone, and waterfront foundation specifications, retaining walls, and exterior and interior design. This technical background has enabled the firm to supply its clients with critical expertise and effective solutions to address complicated physical condition issues throughout the Los Angeles area. Whenever it’s needed, Bas brings his experience building hillside homes (including cutting into slopes that require engineered retaining walls, extensive updating and remodeling, and earthquake damage repairs.
